Eric Ahmann - General Manager
A native of North Dakota, Eric's restaurant experience includes running a steak house while attending the University of North Dakota. Seeking a milder climate, Eric and his wife Jessica relocated to Santa Fe in 2004. Eric has been with Santa Fe Dining since moving to New Mexico, and took over management of Rooftop Pizzeria in May of 2007.
Rueben Reyes - Executive Chef
Hailing from southern California, Chef Reyes earned his culinary credentials up and down the west coast over a period of two decades. After Relocating to Albuquerque, New Mexico in 1999, Chef Reyes managed the kitchen at Blue Corn Café & Brewery for two years before moving north to take over as executive chef of the venerable Rio Chama before ultimately finding his way to Rooftop Pizzeria. |
